1. ORGANIZATIONAL AUDIT & OFFICE PROCESS MAPPING

Analysis of efficiency in administrative, sales, and managerial processes.
Business process mapping (BPMN) and identification of bottlenecks outside production.
Assessment of team structure, roles, and communication paths.
